Refund & Cancellation Policy - Sapphire Driving Academy

At Sapphire Driving Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality training and ensuring each pupil receives the attention and preparation they deserve. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making any payments.

  1. Booking & Payment Terms
    • All payments made for training packages, lessons, tests, or services are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed.
    • A confirmed booking refers to any session, course, or package where a date, instructor, or resource has been allocated — regardless of whether lessons have started.

  2. Cancellation by Pupil
    • If a pupil chooses to cancel after booking, no refund (full or partial) will be issued.
    • This includes cancellations due to change of mind, personal circumstances, or delays in test dates.

  3. Rescheduling
    • Rescheduling lessons is possible with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, subject to instructor availability.
    • Short-notice cancellations or repeated reschedules may result in forfeited lessons at the instructor’s discretion.

  4. Instructor or Academy-Initiated Cancellations
    • If a lesson or service is cancelled by the instructor or Sapphire Driving Academy, we will aim to reschedule at the earliest convenience.
    • In cases where rescheduling is not possible, a credit may be applied toward future lessons.

  5. Exceptional Circumstances
    • We understand that unexpected situations may arise. Requests for refunds due to exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but approval is not guaranteed.

  6. Agreement

By making a payment to Sapphire Driving Academy, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that refunds will not be issued outside of the conditions stated above.

Respect Policy & Refund Terms

We value mutual respect and professionalism in all interactions. Any use of disrespectful behavior, offensive language, harassment, or aggressive conduct toward our staff will result in the immediate forfeiture of any refunds. In such cases, all payments made will be considered non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.
