the service you receive from any third parties we put you in touch with.
Refund Policy - All payments are NON-refundable. Any refund request will be reviewed case by case in
writing. If granted, a cancellation fees/ deduction may apply, and refunds may be paid over up to 12
months.

⏰ Waiting Time Policy
If your instructor arrives and you are not ready at the agreed time, they will wait a maximum of 15
minutes.
If there is no response or clear communication within this time, the lesson will be marked as a
no-show and will be fully chargeable.
Your instructor is not required to call you or wait beyond this period. Please be ready on time to
avoid losing your lesson and payment.
Respect Policy & Refund Terms
We value mutual respect and professionalism in all interactions. Any use of disrespectful behavior,
offensive language, harassment, or aggressive conduct toward our staff will result in the immediate
forfeiture of any refunds. In such cases, all payments made will be considered non-refundable,
regardless of circumstances.

Content & Media Disclaimer
By enrolling in any Sapphire Driving Academy training programme and/or successfully qualifying
through Sapphire, all trainees and instructors acknowledge and agree that Sapphire Driving Academy
may capture, use, and publish photographs, videos, testimonials, and other media content related to
their training, progress, and results for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.
If any individual does not wish for their image, name, or testimonial to be used, they must formally
request this in writing by completing a Content Opt-Out Form provided by Sapphire Driving Academy
prior to completion of their course.
In the absence of such a signed opt-out, Sapphire Driving Academy reserves the right to use any
media captured during the training process or upon qualification as part of its standard promotional
materials, including but not limited to social media posts, website features, and advertising.
